This page explains what information Azrioni (azrioni.ai) collects, what it uses it for and what rights you have.

Who we are

What information we collect

• What you send us yourself through forms: name, email, phone, field of business, business brief answers and message text.

• When you book a session: name, email and the chosen time.

• Site visit data: which pages you view, where you came from, and which device and browser you use.

What we use it for

• To respond to your request: course or session registration, sending payment details, answering questions.

• To fit the session and course to your needs.

• To send news, only if you agreed to this separately.

• To improve the site and our advertising.

We don't sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Data is passed only to the services the site and communication run on, and only to the extent they need to do their job:

• Wix: site and forms

• Google (Workspace, Forms, Sheets, Analytics): email, forms, spreadsheets, site statistics

• Tally: registration forms

• Calendly: session booking

• Meta (Facebook Pixel): measuring ad results

• WhatsApp: messaging, if you contact us through this channel

• YAMM: sending emails

We store your data where you filled in the form (Wix, Google Forms or Tally) and in Google spreadsheets (Google Workspace), where we process it. These companies' servers are mainly in the US and the EU. We pass data to a state body only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Form and registration data: 2 years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.

• Financial records: as long as the law requires.

News

We send news only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge: click “unsubscribe” in the email or write to info@azrioni.ai. We stop sending within 7 working days.

Cookies essential for the site to work are always on. To measure statistics and ad results we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, which use their own cookies. You can turn them off in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

You can:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;

• ask for it to be corrected or deleted;

• ask us to stop processing it;

• withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to info@azrioni.ai and we'll respond within the time set by law. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact Georgia's State Audit Office, which supervises personal data protection.

When we update the policy, we'll change the date above.
